Saskatoon's most-loved riverside neighbourhood.
Nutana sits along the east bank of the South Saskatchewan River, anchored by the Broadway commercial district and the Remai Modern. It's one of the city's oldest and most loved neighbourhoods.
Housing stock is dominated by character bungalows and two storeys from the 1910s–1940s, with infill modern builds threaded throughout. Lots are mature, treed and walkable to the river.
Lifestyle here means strolling Broadway Avenue cafés, weekend Farmers' Market, Meewasin Trail runs, and quick access to downtown across the Broadway Bridge.
